A. Terms & Conditions

By entering this website you have released and discharged the providers/owners and creators of this site from any and all liability which might arise from using this website:

  1. All goods supplied remain the property of the vendor until such time as they are paid for in full.
  2. All goods sold through this site are sold as 'retail goods'. The vendor cannot be held responsible for any injury caused by improper use.
  3. We provide a secure checkout for the encrypted delivery of sensitive customer information such as contact and credit card details.
  4. All goods come with a 30 day satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase simply return it to us within 14 days of receiving your order and we will exchange it for an alternative product or refund your money (delivery costs are non refundable).
  5. Your credit card is charged in the name of our secure card processor Netcash (PTY) Ltd and will appear on your statement as "NETCASH".
  6. All claims for delivery shortages and damages must be reported to BobbleheadSA within 3 days of the delivery date. All goods are supplied with a 90 day fault warranty (faulty goods can only be returned for exchange not refund once outside of our 14 day satisfaction guarantee).
  7. BobbleheadSA cannot be held responsible for orders delayed by incorrect address information supplied during the checkout process.
  8. Material on this site may not be copied, reproduced, republished, downloaded, posted, broadcast or transmitted in any way. All material is the copyright property of BobbleheadSA.
  9. Use of this site constitutes your acceptance of these terms and conditions which take effect on the date which you first use the site. These Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

Returns conditions: If you would like to return an item, send us an email stating the reason for the return. Return address details are found below. Given the nature of the products sold on this website all returns MUST BE unused and unopened.

  • The goods must be unused.
  • Goods must be in their original condition & packaging.
  • Goods must be received back within 14 days from the day you receive your order. f we suspect that the goods have been used or any of the above conditions are not met, regrettably we reserve the right to return the goods without notice (and with re-shipping costs being the responsibility of the buyer). Items supplied in sealed packaging that have been opened are non refundable and non exchangeable. A full refund will be made within 30 days from cancellation of the order, provided the goods are returned to us in their original condition (excluding postage & packaging). Refunds are made via bank transfer to the customer's designated South African bank account - or for store credit where applicable.
  • All Packages returned to us unclaimed via UTi will be subject to reshipping charges as defined on our delivery page. Please use registered mail for all returns, as cannot be held accountable for returned items not received back. All returned items are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
  • Wrap your return in the same packaging in which you received it and enclose the packing slip. Return via courier (to-door, no post office returns will be collected/permitted): - Delivery address is as follows: BobbleheadSA (C/O UTi 64 Barn Lodge, Thrush Avenue, Boskruin, Johannesburg, 2188).
  • All Packages returned to us unclaimed via UTi will be subject to reshipping charges as defined on our delivery page.

B. Privacy Policy

BobbleheadSA is truly committed to protecting your privacy and will under NO circumstances give out, sell, and share or disclose any of your private information. Your information will strictly only be used for the products and services you request. This privacy statement discloses what information we gather about you when you visit the Site and describes how we use that information. Our policy is to keep the personal information we receive from our Site completely confidential and used solely for internal purposes. We will not share your personal information with any other parties.  

Collection of your Personal Information:
The personal information we collect may include your name, title, company or organization name, e-mail, phone. We may collect certain information about your visit, such as type of browser you use; the date and time you access the Site; the pages that you access while at the Site and the Internet address of the Web site from which you linked directly to our Site. This information is used to help improve the Site and administer the Site.

Use of your Personal Information:
The personal information collected on this Site will be used to provide the services you have requested. We may use your personal information to provide you with important information about the product or service that you are using, including critical updates and notifications. Additionally, we may send you information about other BobbleheadSA products and services.

C. Delivery & Postage Terms

Sun Couriers are the designated couriers for all couriered orders, so rest assured that you are going to receive your package within hours of placing your order with us. Full online tracking details are sent with all dispatched orders (via email once shipped), meaning you can keep a close eye on your package whilst en-route to your doorstep.

*NB: We hold our own stock here in SA, which means there are no additional taxes, duties or fees to be paid when your order is delivered. Your item(s) will be shipped from our office in Randburg, Johannesburg.

24hr Delivery (UTi: Major Centres only): All available product(s) ordered Monday to Friday before 2pm will be shipped the following day (for next working day delivery) guaranteed! If your order is placed outside of these hours it will be shipped first thing the following working day. Packages greater than 2kg may take slightly longer to be delivered (48-72 hours) - however you will be made aware of this upon checkout. Goods that are available (in stock) are shipped/dispatched within 24hrs - for next working day delivery where the UTi delivery option is selected. If for any reason an item is out of stock or is on order, you will be immediately notified of when the product will be in stock.

Please note: Deliveries are usually made in the morning before 12h00 (midday) working days Monday to Friday. Therefore orders placed on Friday before 12h00 (midday) can expect delivery first thing Monday morning (provided it is not a long weekend and Monday is a normal working day).

Orders placed after 12h00 Friday and over the weekend ( and up to 12h00 Monday) can expect delivery first thing Tuesday morning. Orders placed the day before a public holiday will arrive the next working day.

Express - Overnight Express (<2kg) 1 Working day:
Delivery usually made within 24hrs (1 working day). However please allow up to 72 hours before contacting us in the unlikely event your order has not arrived. Orders >2kg in weight will take slightly longer, however you will be notified if this is the case, upon checkout.

Outlying Areas R70 (flat-rate fee):
List of Areas Considered Outlying (UTi) BobbleheadSA is able to deliver to outlying areas, however this will be a little costlier and may take longer for delivery. Please allow 3-5 working days for delivery to an outlying area. Once you have filled in your delivery address, we will contact you to confirm with you if you are situated outside of our 'Outlying Areas', and inform you of the potential change in cost.  

Alternative Delivery Address:
If you don't think you will be in when delivery is made or you would like to have your order delivered to an alternative address i.e. work or as a gift, simply enter an alternative shipping address when asked during checkout, but keeping your billing details the same as to what your card is registered to. 

Order Tracking:
We provide online tracking codes for all orders dispatched. Tracking details are automatically sent by email once your order is dispatched. Please order tracking if you require tracking help.

Order Not Delivered:
You will need to sign for your package once delivery is made. However, in the unlikely event that your order does not arrive, please order not delivered.
